"Preorder took a bit, but totally worth it"
The wait was long, but the updates were decent enough along the way. In the end, I’m really glad I stuck with it.

"Nice figure, but some issues it had"
I like the figure overall, the design is nice and the paint mostly looks fine. Mine though had a small mark on the side, and the box came a little dented too. It’s not a huge problem or anything, but for the price I was expecting maybe a bit better. On my shelf it still looks decent, so I’m not too upset.

"Tracking was confusing and frustrating"
My order did show up in decent shape, so that part was fine, but the tracking barely updated the whole time. I kept checking over and over because I had no idea where the package was, which got annoying. i felt kind of stupid for trusting that their tracking would actually keep me informed. Not the worst experience, but definitely frustrating

the Mighty Jaxx site was really easy to get around. I found the figure I wanted quickly, and the photos loaded just fine on my phone.
Checkout was straightforward and didn’t make me second-guess anything. I also liked that the product details were clear, so I didn’t have to go digging around for basic info...

"Pretty solid if you grab it on sale"
Some of the figures feel a little pricey at full cost, but the quality is good. I picked mine up during a sale, so it felt worth it to me. Shipping ended up being more than I thought, which was annoying, but it still worked out fine overall. I’m happy with what I paid for

"Looks good from what I remember"
From what I remember after checking it over, the paint looked really nice overall and the finish was clean. I did notice a tiny smudge on the back, but it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t really take away from it.

I got my figure and it really does look like the design from the photos. The colors are spot on, and even the little details came out nicely. It did take a bit longer to arrive, but the figure looks great on my shelf. I’m really happy with it.

I don’t know why some people are acting like it was impossible to get, but I checked quickly and the limited drop was still available. I placed my order right away and got it before it sold out, so no complaints from me.

My order shipped right when they said it would and arrived in one piece, which almost feels suspicious these days. No tracking drama, no chasing anyone down, no weird delays. "Got my order, but I had to keep chasing updates"
I did get my order in the end, so that part was fine, but the updates were slower than I expected. I kept having to check my email and figure out what was going on myself, which felt like extra work I really shouldn’t have had to do.
To be fair, they did reply when I reached out, so it wasn’t a total mess. I just wish they had sent clearer updates sooner instead of making me follow up and keep checking for answers

"Replacement support was surprisingly easy"
I had a bit of a rough start because my figure showed up with a small piece broken in the box. I wasn’t exactly thrilled about having to contact support, but I sent Mighty Jaxx some photos and my order details, and to their credit, they replied quickly.
I was expecting the usual back-and-forth, but they just sorted out a replacement without making it annoying. It did take a little while to arrive, which wasn’t ideal, but they handled it better than I expected...

"Shipping took longer than I thought"
I ordered from Mighty Jaxx and, to be fair, the item showed up in good condition, so it’s not like I had some huge issue. But yeah, the shipping was slower than I expected, and the tracking didn’t really give me much to go on. I’m not saying it was a terrible experience or anything, just that it felt a bit dragged out. I’d probably still order again, but only if I wasn’t in a hurry

The issue did get fixed eventually, so I’ll give them credit for that. But it took way longer than it should have, and I don’t have much trust in customer service when every update feels like you have to chase it down yourself. Glad it’s resolved, but the whole process was frustrating.
